"Leetal is a truly amazing real estate agent. She fights hard on your behalf, is extremely knowledgeable and savvy about your options, and guides you through the complicated process of selling and buying a home. Under her guidance, we sold our house above the asking price in one day. It was a seamless transaction, and we got a great price. Buying was far more difficult. We were looking at houses near our son's family in mid-city LA, where most of the houses are around 100 years old. Upon inspection, two houses we put offers on were found to be in such bad condition, we decided not to go through with the purchase. Thankfully, Leetal recommended several inspections that revealed the major structural problems. Leetal gave us the advice we needed throughout this difficult experience. Then she helped us find a house that was in good condition that we really liked. Altogether, this was a lot of work and a lot to go through, but Leetal was on top of everything. I can't say enough about how her excellent advice helped us make the right decision and how hard she fought to get us the best deal."
